Marketing Manager of PT Karya Bahara Abadi said “This year we will focus on increasing the number of after sales shop in Indonesia”. This move is a prove of commitment from KBA to maintain good relationship with its client.
Since 2006, PT Karya Bahari Abadi, not only selling Yamaha Marine products such as Yamaha Outboards , Yacht and Waverunner (Personel Watercraft), but always keep the commitment to improve after sales services. One of real action taken by the company to improve is by always training the mechanic skills. Since the 2006, already more than 300 mechanic from various area around Indonesia trained by PT Karya Bahari Abadi.
The management of PT Karya Bahari Abadi stated “We want to give total solutions to Indonesia Maritime Industry”. Because many of Yamaha Marine Products distributed by PT Karya Bahari Abadi, use the products on fishery boats, tourism, and other commercial activities. And also many government security ship and boat using Yamaha Outboards. All of that lead KBA to always maintain its highest after sales service.
